EFC 2015 Scholarship Program Includes Sustainable Development
A $3500 scholarship for any college or university student across Canada in sustainable development, engineering (electrical & mechanical) and electronics and environmental studies, sponsored by Convectair, is just one of 52 scholarships available this year through Electro-Federation Canada (EFC)’s 2015 Scholarship Program.
The Convectair Sustainable Development Scholarship Award is open to students who have completed at least one year of academic studies with an above-average mark all the while demonstrating leadership. It is available to any employee or a relative of a full-time employee of any Electro-Federation Canada member.
For Joris Myny, Chair of the EFC scholarship program, hiring university and college students is crucial for our industry. The 2014 EFC scholarship program was a resounding success, and with great enthusiasm he decided to continue his tenure as president in 2015. This year, the program will provides 52 grants totalling $120,500.
