Rittal Systems Ltd. Certified As a Great Workplace
October 5, 2016
Rittal Systems Ltd. has been certified as a “Great Workplace” after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Canada.
This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
The strength of Rittal Systems Ltd. is the talented and experienced group of individuals that make up the team, the company says. “I see on a daily basis one or two examples of members of the team going the extra mile to help a customer or a co-worker,” adds Tim Rourke, President. “Every department pulls together as they see team success as their personal success.”
Working within a relatively small organization, each employee is empowered to act and provide feedback on important organizational and customer related issues. This allows Rittal to be responsive to customer requirements and to be able to react quickly to changing market dynamics. It is critically important for there to be open communication and a clear understanding of goals and objectives with an opportunity for the team to participate in the setting of these goals. For all these things to happen, there needs to be a balanced, cooperative environment where both work and personal lives can prosper with the end result being a positive and supportive workplace.
