Last Chance to Submit an ESA 2019 Safety Award Nomination

Have you encountered electrical safety hazards or identified safety issues that, if not addressed, could have posed a serious threat to a homeowner, a family, or the community? Or perhaps you or someone you know has created an initiative or program that helps keep people safe from electrical harm.
If you have a story to tell, Ontario’s Electrical Safety Authority wants to hear from you. ESA wants to celebrate and recognize contributions that make Ontario a safer place to live, work and play — in the workplace or in the community.
Submissions are accepted until May 24, 2019 in the following three categories:
• powerline safety
• worker safety
• consumer and home safety
The awards will be handed out at the annual Ontario Electrical Safety Awards in Mississauga on September 26, 2019.
