COVID-19: Changes to the Construction Contracts and Claims Trends

In 2020, the global COVID-19 pandemic changed how the BC construction industry does business. Companies had to adapt its practices to minimize the risk of transmission, in order to continue providing much needed economic support for the province.  In this webinar, the speakers will discuss a number of legal issues arisen for contracting parties as a result of these changes and will elaborate on recent trends.
