Electrozad Named Gold Standard Winner of Best Managed Companies Program

EIN Electrozad Spotlight 400

May 6, 2021

For the fourth consecutive year, Electrozad has been recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth with the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation. Electrozad won its initial Best Managed award in 2018 and has successfully retained its status, becoming recognized as a Gold Standard winner in 2021.

The Best Managed program award winners are amongst the best-in-class of Canadian owned and managed companies demonstrating leadership in the areas of strategy, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, and financials to achieve sustainable growth. Every year, hundreds of companies compete for this designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates the calibre of their management abilities and practices.

“The past year has posed numerous challenges for Canadian businesses and has touched each and every one in some form or another—including this year’s Best Managed winners. Their unwavering commitment to their people, and their adaptability amid a year of turmoil, has led them to this achievement and it mustn’t go unnoticed.” said Kari Lockhart, Partner, Deloitte Private and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program.

As part of this year’s qualification process, Electrozad was selected for their commitment to meeting changing customer expectations through investment into technology and human resources. The company launched their digital e-commerce platform in 2020 and has continued to develop their service first culture and collaborative capabilities around outcome-based selling.

“Achieving Gold Standard status is a great achievement for our entire team, and we are honoured to be recognized in part for our adaptability during a year that has brought many unique challenges. We’re positioned towards the future of our industry and determined to build on a vision of being the top performing solutions partner in the electrical and automation industry,” said William Smith, President of Electrozad.
