Bartle & Gibson Update COVID-19 Policy

Bartle & Gibson is committed to ensuring that their customers and staff are safe and healthy. In an effort to manage the impact of COVID-19 at all Bartle & Gibson branch locations, Bartle & Gibson are taking extra precautions to help protect their valued customers, supplier partners, and their families. The company will continue to inform their customers and supplier partners of any updates as they become available regarding any changes in business or operations. Bartle & Gibson are ready to serve and want to do their best to help people with their businesses in this time of uncertainty.

Mandatory Masks – UPDATED
Effective July 1 
masks are no longer mandatory to enter any Bartle & Gibson branch, unless local legislation states otherwise. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF FEELING FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS.

Branch Hours
Effective Saturday, March 13 branch locations that were temporarily closed on Saturdays will be reopening on SaturdaysSome exceptions may apply. All branches are currently open regular weekday business hours and are operating at typical capacity. See the branch directory here for open hours and contact information.

Now Offering Curbside Pick-Up
Bartle & Gibson are now offering curbside pick-up. Be sure to let them know you would like curbside pick-up when you place your order. Then call or text the branch when you arrive and someone will bring your order right to your vehicle.

Counter Order Fulfillment
Bartle & Gibson are taking even stronger measures to protect the health and safety of their customers while they shop. Please be respectful of any signage, floor-markings or boundaries that are put in place and be mindful of maintaining appropriate social distancing with those around you.

Cash Payments and Returns
As of June 1, 2020 Bartle & Gibson will be accepting cash payments and returned products again at all Bartle & Gibson branches.

Showrooms Reopened to Walk-ins
Effective immediately all showroom locations are open to walk-in traffic again, but with limited capacity. You can still schedule an appointment by calling your local showroom or visiting bgshowrooms.com.

Phone and Email Orders
Please be reminded that orders placed over the phone or through email can be made available for pick up the same day. This not only saves time, but offers a lower risk of transmission by reducing your time spent in a public space.

Inventory
Bartle & Gibson are working closely with suppliers to ensure regular availability and timely delivery of all our products, in every location. To ensure you have the critical inventory you need, should the pandemic pose a greater risk, the company is advising customers to contact their local sales person to come up with a contingency plan.

Cleanliness
All staff are being educated on how to best manage the health and safety of their workspace and all of their customer counter areas are being sanitized and disinfected to help prevent further spread of the disease.

Events
Bartle & Gibson are postponing any large events that may pose a risk to the health and safety of their staff and customers until further notice. Updates will be sent to local customers near each location, as well as to event participating supplier partners.

Staff
Any staff who have recently traveled outside the country or who will soon be traveling outside the country will be self-isolated and not permitted to work in their offices, counters or branches. Where possible the company will have employees work from home to further reduce the possibility of transmission. All staff are also being further educated on additional precautions they can take to maintain a safe working environment.

Remember to call 811 (where available), or your local health authority, should you develop any symptoms as a first step before visiting a health clinic.

Bartle & Gibson want their customers and supplier partners to know that we are all in this together and they will provide new information as it becomes available.
