Service Wire is proud to announce that Kerith Richards has been selected as one of tED Magazine’s prestigious “30 Under 35” winners. Kerith represents some of the best and brightest in the electrical industry today.

A natural born leader, Richards is an early trailblazer for young women in the electrical industry. She is successfully making a name for herself in this competitive space. She has a very unique dual role at Service Wire as a full-time sales rep in the U.S. Northeast and the regional sales manager for all ten Canadian provinces.

Richards has mastered the intricacies of working with international customers—understanding different product nomenclature, codes, and listings to ensure the right product is delivered on time.

“Kerith is the embodiment of the young, bright, and talented people in the industry today,” shared Bruce Kesler, Director or Sales. “She has the ability and skill to move this industry into the next decade. Her tenacity, dedication, and initiative have landed her a top spot among our sales reps, and now, the entire industry. Simply put, she does the right thing consistently.”

In addition to her sales responsibilities, Richards is also instrumental in onboarding new hires. She personally developed a detailed training program for the company and continues to serve as a mentor for new team members.

“Her positive and creativity are contagious, and her vision for growth inspires customers and coworkers alike,” explained Kesler.
