WECO Series 308 Flat Plug Distribution Strips

June 10, 2024

The 308 series from WECO comprises a total of seven flat plug terminal distribution strips in the basic version, each with 1 to 16 poles. It also impresses with its minimal connection space, different connection configurations and compact design.

Thanks to the standardized 4.8 or 6.3 flat plug terminals (depending on the version), they are perfect for use in household appliances, instantaneous water heaters or motorhomes, for example.

WECO offers the flat plug terminal versions with and without screw connection, thus guaranteeing quick and safe access to the contacts.

WECO’s robust flat plug solutions are specially designed for environments in which high currents and voltages are used and potentials need to be distributed to several locations.

Variable pole configuration and a fixed pole designation on the side of the housing mean that the distribution strips can be configured individually according to customer requirements. They can therefore be supplied flexibly for the respective application.

The series is supplemented by further variants made of a glass fiber reinforced housing material, which, in addition to higher temperature stability, also meets the glow wire test according to the household appliance standard.

The use of a bridge also offers the option of doubling the connections per phase.

Insulation is also possible with a higher mating density and a 60 degree mating angle thanks to a high insulation wall.
