Gescan Announces Partnership with PataBid

September 15, 2024

Gescan is excited to announce our partnership with PataBid Quantify. PataBid is a Canadian company, with software built for contractors which integrates live supplier pricing, manual drafting, and AI technology with human expertise to maximize take offs and bidding. Patabid’s Quantify software will allow contractors to access live pricing from Gescan’s website when quoting, with a bill of material automatically generated based on the initial quote.

“Gescan’s integration with PataBid Quantify underscores the importance of ongoing collaboration between suppliers, contractors and construction software companies. By bringing more top suppliers like Gescan into Quantify estimating software together, we’re advancing real-time material pricing for contractors. This integration reflects PataBid’s dedication to driving innovation and fostering collaboration in the construction industry,” stated Melvin Newman, PataBid’s CEO and Co-Founder.

Accessible and affordable, PataBid’s cloud-based software is on average 40% faster than traditional estimating methods.  The software mitigates project risk in the preconstruction phase with Quantify’s automated, accurate and methodical estimating workflow. With features including preloaded labour costs, out of the box prebuilt assemblies and a database of over 50,000 products, this is an exciting new offering and one more way Gescan is working to make our customers’ lives easier.

Contractors can take advantage of a two-week free trial of Patabid.

If you are interested in learning more, we invite contractors to join us for a live webinar Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 11 am MT. Visit gescan.com to register.
