Energy Ottawa Opens Public Space at Chaudière Falls Hydroelectric Facility

For the first time in more than 100 years, Chaudière Falls is open to the public with a new park space offering scenic views of this historic and culturally significant site.
The public space was completed as part of Energy Ottawa’s new 29-megawatt hydroelectric facility. Recently energized, the state-of-the-art generating station now powers 20,000 homes with clean, renewable energy.
