Philips Lighting Names New Customer Satisfaction Manager for Canada

Philips Lighting has announced that Gaurhav Arora has joined its team as the Customer Satisfaction Manager for Canada. Gaurhav brings more than 15 years of senior-level experience and joins Philips from Canadian Tire Corporation.

He has also held senior customer satisfaction roles at Micromax, SONY Electronics, MTS Limited and Samsung Electronics, and is LEAN Six Sigma-certified for Quality and Process Excellence. We wish Gaurhav all the best in his new role – and welcome him to the electrical industry!
