Master Electricians in Alberta to Require CE Code Certification

To ensure master electricians have information about the latest code adopted in Alberta, they will be required to complete code update training for the 24th edition of the Canadian Electrical Code. Master electricians will have until the end of 2019 to complete their code update training. Published in January 2018, this edition will come into force in Alberta on February 1, 2019.

Approved courses for master electricians are available from the following organizations. Please contact them directly to register for a code update course or seminar with in-class and online options available.
