Molly Murphy has been named Senior Vice President, North American Sales, and Jeff Krakowiak has been named Senior Vice President, Marketing and Commercial Operations, effective August 1. During the transition, Molly will work with Dave Bucklew, who is retiring on November 9, 2018 after 37 years of service.

“The world’s electrical infrastructure is rapidly evolving and Eaton is positioned to help our customers address change,” says Revathi Advaithi, Chief Operating Officer of Eaton’s Electrical Sector. “Dave Bucklew has made a lasting impact on our industry with his uncompromising commitment to our customers. I’m confident that the experience and leadership that Molly Murphy and Jeff Krakowiak bring to their new roles will help drive growth and build on our legacy of industry-leading commercial capabilities.”

The Electrical Sector sales and marketing organizations will serve Eaton’s key customer end markets with an expansive portfolio of electrical products and services. Both organizations will report to Revathi Advaithi.

Molly Murphy will lead Eaton’s North American Sales, which will now include industrial, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), utility, commercial, industrial, data center, service and general sales teams. Currently, Molly is the vice president of U.S. sales. She was named to her current role in 2017 and has more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing and training roles in the electrical industry.

Jeff Krakowiak will lead Eaton’s electrical centres of excellence (CoE) in support of Eaton sales teams and customer outreach. Eaton CoEs include marketing communications, sales operations, customer support, project management, pricing and commercial learning and development. Jeff is currently a senior vice president of sales, service and marketing in Europe, Middle East and Africa at Eaton. He has held his current role since 2015 and has nearly three decades of experience in the industry.

Dave Bucklew, the current senior vice president of North American Sales, joined Eaton in 1994 as part of the Westinghouse acquisition, and has held leadership positions in the electrical business sales, marketing and channel operations. He was named to his current role in 2009.

In 2017, Eaton had sales of US$20.4 billion.
