Techspan Industries Inc. Completes Acquisition of Fusetek

Effective June 12, 2018, Fusetek became a wholly owned subsidiary of TechspanTechspan Industries. Fusetek produces industrial fuses and related panel products, which it sells through electrical distributors across Canada.

Fusetek will continue to be run as a separate division. The Fusetek sales team will remain the same, led by Randy Fillmore as National Sales Manager; rfillmore@fusetek.com. The Kingston, Ontario warehouse and offices are a part of the acquisition, and inside sales functions and product shipments will continue from Kingston. Melding of finance and accounting functions will occur in short order.

Sean Dunnigan has been promoted to the position of VP – Operations Fusetek Division; sean.dunnigan@fusetek.com. Effective July 3, 2018, Sean will be located in Kingston. Sean had set up the Techspan Burnaby warehouse and was Techspan’s General Manager of Western Operations for the last three years.
