April 29: Ontario’s New Construction Act — Adapting to the New Prompt Payment & Adjudication Regimes

On October 1, 2019, new prompt payment and adjudication regimes in Ontario will transform the fundamental way that construction projects operate in Ontario. To help you prepare, on April 29 Osgoode Hall Law School will provide a comprehensive professional development program on adapting to the upcoming prompt payment and adjudication regimes under the new Ontario Construction Act.
