While with UAP Inc., Éric was able to successfully implement a new business strategy, which resulted in double digit sales growth and expansion of the business; identified and implemented operational efficiencies; and ensured focus on world class customer service.

Éric was able to accomplish success in previous mandates by mobilizing his team of peers and direct reports and working in a collaborative and transparent way. For that reason, I am confident that he will be able to promote a respectful workplace that values people, encourages teamwork, and supports inclusiveness.
