The Town of Westlock, Alberta has announced plans to outfit its Rotary Spirit Centre with a 625 kW solar array that will offset approximately 31 per cent of the electricity required to power the facility.
The Ontario government will introduce changes that would help workers in over 30 in-demand professions move here with their families while continuing their careers.
The Ontario government is investing more than $13 million in nine projects that will help apprentices and journeypersons qualify for in-demand jobs, earn bigger paycheques and help employers find the skilled workers they need to maintain and grow their businesses.
Hundreds of Schneider Electric customers, industrial automation experts, industry partners, technology experts, and executives will converge at its annual EcoStruxure Foxboro user group conference on August 6-9 in San Antonio, Texas.
Over the month of April, Skills Ontario is offering the Rise Event Series for new Canadians. Every Wednesday of this month, attendees can virtually attend presentations and hear from skilled professionals who are also newcomers.
The Electrical industry is “Powering a Changing World” in areas such as digitization, electrification, Internet of Things (IoT) and other emerging technologies providing many exciting career opportunities.
