Aug 23, 2021

Sustainable building practices are well underway with government, utilities and corporations working towards a more resource-efficient model of design, construction and operation.

However, there’s still significant work to be done in pushing forward the adoption of more energy-efficient upgrades like LEDs.

On September 21 from 11am-12:00pm BC Hydro’s Tanya Perewernycky, Program Delivery Specialist will speak about different funding options available for small-to-medium businesses that can cover up to 50% of the project costs (on average) to upgrade existing fixtures to LED’s through energy-saving incentives.

Not only do these incentives shorten the payback period of your upfront investment, they also make the decision to upgrade to LED’s easy – by helping you to reduce consumption, save on energy costs and increase your bottom line.

Speakers:

• Tanya Perewernycky, Program Deliver Specialist, BC Hydro

• James Lee, Lighting Specialist, Gescan
