Fabian Weber of Dwyer Instruments is Named to the CABA Board of Directors

The Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) Board has announced the appointment of Fabian Weber of Dwyer Instruments to the CABA Board of Directors.

As the Chief Innovation Officer at Dwyer, Weber has acquired and managed key customers around the world, built numerous international innovation and R&D partnerships, and established and led international subsidiaries for developers and manufacturers of smart drive systems and connectivity solutions.

“I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to CABA’s work strengthening the intelligent buildings industry,” said Weber. “CABA’s vision of sustainable, people-centric, and resilient buildings aligns perfectly with Dwyer’s goals to create technology that improves lives. We all have important work ahead of us.”

A native of Switzerland now living in the US, Weber is an Electrical Engineer with a major in Microelectronics, and a certified Professional Innovator with a specialty in the strategy implications of Artificial Intelligence.

“Fabian Weber brings a wealth of innovation, business development and R&D experience to the CABA board,” said Greg Walker, CEO of CABA. “His more than 20 years of global expertise in telecom, datacom, vehicle decarbonization, and specialty connectivity will be significant contributions to CABA’s industry development efforts.”
