Littelfuse to Host Electrical Safety Webcast on May 31

May 9, 2023

Electrical Safety Webcast, Littlefuse
Free webcast will cover why GFCIs are the future of electrical safety.

Littelfuse, Inc. invites plant engineers, facility managers, restaurant designers, inspectors, and maintenance and safety professionals to join its electrical safety webcast on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.

New technology blends a ground-fault circuit interrupter’s (GFCI’s) fast reaction time with proactive ground monitoring technology, which ensures a safe and reliable ground-fault path. This new pre-emptive approach originated from the special-purpose GFCI (SPGFCI) standard, but it is time to apply it to Class-A GFCIs.

Adding a proactive ground monitoring feature to GFCIs is the next step in advancing electrical safety.

Webinar attendees will learn:
  • The differences in protection between GFCIs and SPGFCIs and the significance of the equipment ground conductor
  • When each type of protection must be applied according to the latest 2023 National Electrical Code
  • The importance of choosing the right protection for your specific application

The webcast is free, and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions in a live Q&A session after the presentation. In addition, this webcast is eligible for one Professional Development Hour (PDH) credit. To sign up, visit the Littelfuse webcast registration page. The webcast will be available on-demand via the same link.
