Field leaders are on the frontline of every electrical contractor’s success and the success of our industry. NECA has developed the one-day Field Leadership Essentials course to enhance the leadership skills of new and up-and-coming field leaders. This course covers the “must know” topics for field leaders in the electrical contracting industry.
