Being a female in the trade and a new apprentice, I had no idea what to expect on this jobsite. I knew I would be working at a school, with no idea what that entailed. It ended up being a completely new build, and I was grateful to see this job from start to finish.
This graph shows hourly pay and correlation to pay for electrical apprentices. Troubleshooting and PLC/Automation are the most sought after skills, among the six surveyed.
