The federal government launched their SME (small and medium enterprises) apprenticeship funding program back in September of 2022, the program will run until March 31st, 2024.
It is our responsibility, as a large organization, to make a positive impact by reducing our energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and contributing to societal progress, while being profitable.
Flashing warning lights are a common line of defence intended to help protect construction workers, police officers, firefighters, emergency medical service personnel, and others who work along the roadway from oncoming traffic.
The sound of holes being augured and cables pulled, conduit rattling off the ground as it was bent and cut, and the uproarious cheers of the crowds filled the arena from December 1-3 in Orlando, Florida for the Third Annual Ideal National Skills Competition.
When the Government of Canada contemplated developing a co-working concept, they chose Orleans, a suburb of Ottawa, for its pilot project. The intent was to open a convenient and comfortable co-working office space closer-to-home than their current downtown location.
Gordon MacDonald is a cheerful, driven individual who loves to be challenged, a trait that suits him well as a lighting specialist overseeing retrofit projects for Rexel in New Brunswick and P.E.I. He also has had a unique introduction to the field he now works in.
