“Dirty Power” means an unclean supply system. This does not concern the means (environmental aspect) how your utility company generates power, but rather how certain electrical/electronic units are “contaminated”, often unknowingly.
In the early 1980s, the Canadian economy took a hard kick to the stomach. Interest rates were sky high, jobs were hard to come by and regular families were losing their homes. It sucked.
For any business dealing with capital-intensive assets, maintaining machines and equipment is a continuous battle. From damaged equipment and undetected malfunctions to total machine failure that leads to unexpected (and costly) downtime, knowing how to future-proof your assets is a challenge.
