The total value of building permits increased 6.8% to $11.2 billion in November. Seven provinces, led by Alberta (+20.6%) reported increases. Construction intentions in the residential sector rose 12.0% while the non-residential sector declined 3.4%.
Average annual salaries for electricians in seven cities across Canada vary by up to $17,000. The national average is $68,000.
Maintaining wastewater treatment plants is essential to meeting the critical need for clean water. In the United States alone, about 34 billion gallons of wastewater is processed each day.
The new electrical code includes several changes to support electrical workers in the safe installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. It came into effect on January 1, 2020.
Over the past almost six decades, I have been very fortunate in many ways.
One third of master electricians have medical benefits. Less than one quarter have no benefits at all. See what percentage have vision and dental benefits.
