Greenlee Expands Compact Field Office Line with Two New Boxes

April 25 2016

Greenlee has added a new four-door compact field office and a new mini compact field office to its line of field office products currently comprising the 8060-DLX Field Office and the 7060-CFO Compact Field Office. These two new field offices help to improve jobsite productivity by allowing end users to configure a customizable, electronics ready, productivity planning station. Both new compact field offices are proudly made in the USA.

“Mobile field offices benefit the contractor by saving printing costs as well as the costs associated with travel time back and forth to a trailer for updated prints,” says Sara Bauer, Greenlee Product Management Specialist. “Greenlee’s new CFOs offer users unique and convenient features that raise the industry standard.”
The four-door CFO is designed with two top doors that open to the side. These doors automatically lock into place when opened all the way, making this box safer for the customer by preventing the doors from unexpectedly shutting.

The Mini-CFO opens and closes with an automatic locking gas spring exposing a larger space to accommodate a monitor up to 40 inches. Other distinguishable features include a pull-out tray convenient for a laptop or keyboard, as well as removable bottom shelves for additional storage space.

“We incorporated feedback directly from users in the field when we developed both the Four- Door and Mini Compact Field Office boxes,” adds Bauer. “As with our existing field offices, the 4D-CFO and Mini-CFO will be lined with weather-resistant stripping to prevent moisture from entering the boxes, cable pass-through holes for easy electronics installation, and shrouded padlock guards to improve security.”

The new field office boxes provide an innovative solution for faster, safer and easier jobsite storage from Greenlee.
