Phoenix Contact Multimode Zip Cord Patch Cables for Fast Data Transmission Up to 10 Gbps

Thanks to extensive testing, Phoenix Contact’s new zip cord patch cables achieve an optimum level of quality. Various connectors, fibre types, and customer-specific cable lengths allow custom solutions to be created for every application.

The cables offer a number of advantages, such as excellent mechanical and optical transmission quality, various connectors, cable lengths and fibre categories according to customer requirements, OM3 and OM4: bend-resistant fibres, and an individual test report for each item.

Main features include:

  • up to 10 Gbps
  • UPC polishing process IL < 0.3 dB; RL > 35 dB
  • extensive test program (including change of climate, vibration, torsion)
  • consistent interferometer tests in each certification process
  • fire protection in accordance with UL OFNR and LSZH
