Arlington Industries’ Drop-In Floor Box Kit
The drop-in floor box kit is ideal for electrical outlets placed on the floor. The drop-in floor box significantly reduces trip hazards and eliminates the necessity of running power cords.
The box fits most 3 ½ in. standard covers and Arlington’s round low-profile covers that sit only 1/8 in. off the floor and fit into a non-metallic ring that further reduces the risk of tripping. The drop-in floor box is also easily installed with a single hole saw cut.
The Kit includes a non-metallic cover blank, non-metallic gasket support plate, gasket, carpet ring, UL Listed 15 amp TR duplex receptacle, mounting bracket, NM94 and NM 95 cable connectors, (3) #8 x ½” flathead screws and (1) #6 x ½” screw.
