On July 22nd, Valard’s President and CEO, Adam Budzinski, made the decision to step down from his position.

Adam’s impact on the organization can be measured in many ways but most significantly. Budzinski is responsible for the diverse portfolio of companies within the Valard Group; he developed solid corporate strategies and operating plans and actively mentored the leaders of all of the entities. He was also successful in nstilling a corporate culture based on caring and a sense of family and community.

Budzinski’s leadership and successes were built on the foundation of honesty, trust, integrity and respect.

With Budzinski’s departure, Barkley Adams stepped into the role of President and CEO. Adams brings a wealth of experience and successful project completion and operations management with him. In his most recent role as COO for the Valard Group, Adams secured and then completed the record-breaking WFMAC Project, the largest engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) electric transmission project ever awarded in North America.

Adams puts substantial emphasis on teamwork and accountability, key factors in his leadership style.

Adams will continue to work closely with the strong executive leadership team currently in place.
