T&T Power Group Acquires 3 Phase Power Systems

T&T Power Group has announced it has acquired Vancouver, British Columbia based 3 Phase Power Systems by way of a share purchase agreement (SPA).

“This is an exciting opportunity for everyone involved. The places, the products, and most importantly the people are so complimentary. This acquisition allows us to strengthen and expand our relationships with our customers across the country” explains Tyler Van Dyke, President of T&T Power Group. “We’re excited that we’ve executed on our strategy of becoming a truly one-stop nationwide power business.”

Founded in 1980, T&T Power Group provides electrical solutions including power generationautomation and controlsswitchgear and distributionmodular electrical houses, renewable energy solutions and data analytics offerings. Alongside our products, T&T delivers technical services and support both on-site and remotely.

The company has offices in Moncton, Montreal, Vaughan, Wellesley, Guelph, and Saskatoon. T&T Power Group is the Canadian Partner Distributor for Siemens Gaseous Fueled Prime Power, Peak Shaving, and CHP Solutions up to and including the best-inclass Siemens 2MWe Gas Engine.

3 Phase Power Systems operates as an electrical solutions company and one of Western Canada’s most respected suppliers of VFDs, Motor Controls, and Industrial Power Conversion Technology.
