FTP Solutions PTY Ltd. Announces Joint Venture with True North Solutions

FTP Solutions PTY Ltd. announces that it is forming FTP Solutions, Inc., a joint venture with Calgary-based industrial engineering solutions company, True North Solutions. The venture expands FTP’s reach in high-growth markets in North and South America and enhances the mining industry service offering for both companies, providing a reliable, connected fleet with rich diagnostic capabilities, coupled with analytics that improve mining operations, facilitate business decisions and reduce total cost of ownership.

FTP Solutions PTY is a recognized leader in autonomous haulage technology for the mining industry. True North Solutions brings a proven track record of customized, industrial engineering solutions, including automation, networking, cyber security and electrical engineering to the joint venture.
