Microsoft Excel for Construction Basic Part 1 – December 21st, 2020

Webinar time: 10:00am – 1:00pm PST

Part one of this course will teach you how to use Excel to create estimates, track expenses, calculate overruns, track production rates, and calculate material usage. By the end of the workshop, you will be well-versed in the most widely-used functions of Excel. You’ll know how to minimize errors and misrepresentations of numerical data. You will be able to create estimates and project plans, track expenses quickly, and create summary cost reports. You’ll also be able to provide better advice and accurately present information to your clients.

Microsoft Excel for Construction Basic – Part 2 – December 23rd, 2020

Webinar time: 10:00am – 1:00pm PST

Cost tracking, job tracking, production rates, schedules, and estimates: if you work with the typical spreadsheets found in construction, then this course is for you. Part 2 will demonstrate tools to help you better calculate your business metrics, the profitability of jobs, and production rates, all through the use of Microsoft Excel.

*You will have to have Microsoft Excel 2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019 installed on a Windows or Apple computer.
