Ontario Region Women’s Network Appoints New Leadership; Thanks Past Chair

Lori Bagazolli 2022EFC is pleased to congratulate Lori Bagazzoli, Ledvance Ltd., for her new position as Ontario Region Women’s Network Chair. Lori started in the electrical industry in 1999 at Eurobex, and then expanded her skill base and knowledge to work at a distributor Trade Electric/Gerrie Electric. From there, Lori streamlined into lighting and worked for Standard Products for several years, before moving to Viscor and is now settled at Ledvance as the Regional Sales Manager for Ontario. Lori is an active member of several EFC committees, including the EFC Federation Cup Golf Committee where she is Chair and the inception of the Ontario Region Young Professionals Network (YPN). Lori is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Electric League.

Sandra Tomassi, Ouellet, has been appointed Vice-Chair for the Ontario Region Women’s Network. Sandra brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the electrical industry and has spend the last 10 years working for Ouellet Canada as a Territory Manager in Ontario. Participating in the Women’s Network has reminded Sandra that there are so many incredibly motivated women and supportive men in the industry. Lori and Sandra will be working closely with Nathalie Lajoie, Ontario Region Women’s Network Team lead, along with the Ontario Region Committee over the next 2 years in their respective roles. We look forward to their leadership of the Ontario Region Women’s Network.

Jennifer Eastman 2022 225x3002xEFC would also like to thank Jennifer Eastman, CSC LED, for her commitment to the Ontario Region Women’s Network.

Jennifer was one of the Women’s Network founders for the Ontario Region, which she co-chaired with Cindy Doherty since its inception back in 2019. Jennifer has led the Women’s Network as Chair since 2021 and has been instrumental in following the EFC Women’s Network pillars, consisting of personal development, empowerment, and lifestyle. Jennifer was also a key player in launching the CIBC Run for the Cure for EFC. Jennifer has also been heavily involved within EFC; she currently sits on the EFC Board of Directors, has previously been EFC Federation Golf Chair, is engaged in the CMG, CEMRA Manufacturing group, and is a member of the Ontario Region Committee as well.

On behalf of EFC and the Ontario Region Women’s Network, we thank you Jennifer, for your outstanding contributions and dedication to the Women’s Network. Jennifer will remain as Past Chair until June 2024.
