Why Rittal Limited Has Been Named a Best Workplace

André Bousette, President, Rittal Limited says, “Rittal is so honoured to obtain this recognition as a Best Workplace in Manufacturing in Canada, especially because it reflects the opinion of our own staff that has been independently obtained by this recognized organization. In 1995, Rittal Limited was established in Mississauga, and it immediately secured its place in Canada as an innovative manufacturer of high-quality enclosures, IT infrastructure solutions, climate control, power distribution solutions, and accessories. The success of Rittal Limited across Canada facilitated expansion across the country and the establishment of sales and distribution facilities in Montreal, Calgary and British Columbia. Rittal maintains additional warehouse space and a state-of-the-art Modification Center at their Mississauga location that spans over 10,000 square feet. Rittal is constantly introducing innovative solutions and enhancing its service with the overall goal of customer excellence.

Mr. Bousette adds, “The key to Rittal’s success is always the well-trained and knowledgeable staff from all departments across Rittal. I firmly believe in growing our talent and appreciating our staff by offering opportunities for growth and development, and building a committed and content team, with emphasis on work-life balance.”
