Innovair Solutions Continues its Expansion in the US by Acquiring Warmzone

Innovair Solutions Rebrand

September 2, 2024

Innovair Solutions continues its expansion in the United States by acquiring Warmzone, a manufacturer and distributor specializing in electric radiant heating systems in Salt Lake City, Utah. This acquisition strengthens Innovair Solutions’ leadership position in the industry, consolidating its role as a specialist in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

“The acquisition of Warmzone is a major addition that will support the expansion of our company in the United States,” said Louis Beaulieu, CEO. “The expertise held by the Warmzone team, combined with our internal know-how, will allow us to optimize our heating cable offering and propel the consulting services offered to our customers.”

Warmzone employees are expected to remain with the company under the leadership of Kevin Wilson and Blair Buxton. Operations will continue in Salt Lake City in the 22,000 square foot facility. This is a third foothold in the United States for Innovair Solutions, which has facilities in Miami and Chicago.

Last May, Innovair Solutions announced a strategic alliance with Groupe Stelpro with the aim of creating synergies to strengthen their position in the North American market and drive their future growth. The addition of Warmzone to the Innovair Solutions portfolio on American soil is part of the alliance’s growth plan.
