Greenlee Experience 2025 – Recap

September 18, 2025

Greenlee brought together electrical and utility professionals for its fourth annual Greenlee Experience, a three-day VIP event   at one of its manufacturing facilities. This exclusive event was created to honor professionals in the electrical and utility trades, while offering a behind-the-scenes look at the brand’s legacy of innovation.

“It was an absolute joy to spend meaningful time with this year’s Greenlee Experience winners,” said Lydia Kozlowski, Commercialization Marketing Manager at Greenlee for Emerson. “Hearing firsthand what drives their passion and commitment to the trades was incredibly inspiring. We designed the event to celebrate their achievements and ensure they felt truly valued—not just as professionals, but as people. The energy, the stories, and the connections made it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.”

Participants traveled across North America and shared their excitement for the trip. Rafael Garcia of Texas (@electricalsuperintendent) said, “What an incredible experience with an outstanding company! Truly going above and beyond to support the skilled trades!” Brad Bicsak of New Jersey(@bbsparky) added “I wish it wasn’t over! What an awesome experience, thank you all!”

Attendees engaged in hands-on activities such as receiving their own signature Greenlee Knockout Kit, touring the manufacturing facility and sharing input on upcoming product innovations. Each guest also prepared an apprentice kit, complete with starter tools to send to an apprentice of their choice, supporting the next generation of electrical and utility tradespeople. The event encouraged collaboration, as Greenlee Experience participants connected with professionals attending the RIDGID® Experience, a parallel Emerson event. Together, these simultaneous events have welcomed an ever-growing community of tradespeople, spotlighting the shared pride and camaraderie found in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing industries.
