EB Horsman & Son Recognized with AD Giving Back Award

October 23, 2026

EB Horsman & Son is proud to announce they have received the Giving Back Award at the AD Electrical North American Meeting, recognizing our ongoing commitment to community involvement, charitable giving, and supporting those in need.

“For more than 125 years, giving back has been an important part of who we are. As a family- and employee-owned company, we believe in supporting the communities where our employees and customers live and work. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the generosity, dedication, and community spirit of our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners who continue to make these efforts possible,” the company said on their website.

More from EB Horsman & Son on the achievement:

Giving Back Is Part of Who We Are

Community involvement has always been an important part of E.B. Horsman & Son’s history and values.

Over the years, we have supported a wide range of causes, including children’s hospitals, cancer research and patient care, ALS and neuroscience, Beads of Courage, local charities, and community fundraising events.

Behind each of these efforts are our employees, customers, suppliers, friends and families who come together to fundraise, volunteer, build awareness and support causes that make a difference in our communities.

Together, that support has had an incredible impact, with more than $1.5 million raised for children’s hospitals across Western Canada, nearly $300,000 for cancer research and patient care, and more than $125,000 for ALS and neuroscience through Adam’s Army.

These efforts are a reflection of what can be achieved when people come together with a shared commitment to helping others.

A Shared Achievement

Receiving the AD Giving Back Award is an honour for E.B. Horsman & Son, but this achievement belongs to everyone who has contributed to our community initiatives over the years.

To our employees who give their time, our customers who support our fundraising efforts, our suppliers who contribute to charitable causes, and our community partners who work alongside us, thank you.

Your generosity and continued support make these initiatives possible and help us make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

As we celebrate this recognition, we remain committed to carrying forward our tradition of giving back and supporting the communities that have supported E.B. Horsman & Son for generations.
