Sonepar Canada’s Gescan division has opened their new branch in Burnaby, BC. The facility occupies 15,000 sq ft, dedicating over 12,000 sq ft to storage and warehouse space. The branch includes office space, five service counters, two shipping and receiving doors and utilizes interior and exterior LED lighting.

With Gescan continuing to expand their footprint throughout western Canada, the new facility is essential to the lower mainland. “The Burnaby branch provides great density and allows our customers to find a Gescan branch anywhere in the lower mainland,” says Gescan Regional Manager Mike Jeske. “The branch allows Gescan to service different markets by providing industrial and data-communication products.”

The opening of the Burnaby branch was a team effort, states Gescan Facilities Project Manager Wayne Simpson. “Special thanks to Gescan West Corporate Staff, Sonepar Canada IT Department, Marketing Department, Operations Department and the Coquitlam, Vancouver and Burnaby branch staff.”

The new Gescan branch is located at 3650 Charles St., Vancouver, BC V5K 5A9.
