The new location at 845 Terminal Avenue will serve as both a downtown extension of the Vancouver Regional Office’s 24-hour service department in Burnaby, managed by Russ Sealey, as well as provide additional warehouse space for the region’s day-to-day operations. Sealey has appointed Ken Stahl, who was previously Service Manager for Prince George, Houle’s Vancouver Region Service Division Representative.

“With so many new buildings as well as restorations and other construction happening in the downtown core, what is key to growing our footprint in the region is to have a closer physical service presence to all of these tremendous opportunities,” says Shawn Boyd, Manager for the Houle Vancouver Regional Office. “Establishing this location enables Houle to provide all of our trusted services faster both to new customers as well as the existing ones in the area that have grown to rely on our 24-hour service, construction, security, controls and data networking capabilities”

Houle Electric is already the electrical contractor for the upcoming PARQ Urban Resort and Casino currently under construction adjacent to BC Place Stadium. Other buildings in the downtown core that pose future service opportunities include the newly constructed Telus Garden, Nordstrom Department Store, MNP Tower and a new SNC Lavalin Officer Tower.
