Nexan Canada Hires Regional Manager, Manitoba and Saskatchewan

Rodney Olafsson has joined Nexans Canada as their new Regional Manager for Manitoba and Saskatchewan, effective May 16, 2016.

Olafsson brings many years of experience in electrical distribution and serves on the Board of the Electrical Association of Manitoba.

Olafsson was previously a branch manager for Noramco Wire & Cable, and before that a branch manager for WESCO Distribution.

Nexans is the largest electrical cable manufacturer in the world. The company manufacturers a complete range of copper and aluminum energy cables for the building, oil and gas industry or energy infrastructure, as well as copper wire rod for the wire and cable industry.
