CMP Products has partnered with Southern Ontario’s largest manufacturer’s agents, Salex

Headquartered in the UK, with offices around the globe including Edmonton and Houston, CMP Products’ extensive range – including cable glands, cable cleats and cable lugs – will now be available through Salex.

The strategic partnership boosts CMPs position in the North American market  and supports Salex’s expansion into the industrial products market; strengthening its offering with trusted solutions designed to support the safe and efficient flow of power in critical environments.

Jamie Hughes

Speaking about the partnership, Jamie Hughes, Regional Manager of the Americas at CMP Products, said: “We are delighted to have forged this relationship with Salex, which will allow us to significantly grow our reach within the Ontario market. Ontario’s growth in EV, critical minerals and energy is accelerating demand for safe, reliable power and connectivity in harsh environments, and we see Salex and CMP playing a pivotal role in this.

“Salex has ambitious plans for growth, we were impressed by their professionalism, strong reputation in the marketplace and shared commitment to protecting critical infrastructure, which made them a natural choice to represent CMP Products.”

Salex will be responsible for representing and promoting CMP’s extensive portfolio of cable management solutions across Southern Ontario, supporting all key vertical markets from its electrical industrial division.

Ben Fischer, Principle at Salex, said: “We are pleased to partner with CMP and bring their high-quality, globally trusted cable management solutions to our customers across Southern Ontario. As demand continues to grow across sectors such as EV, energy and industrial manufacturing, this partnership enables us to further strengthen our electrical offering and support customers with reliable, safety-critical solutions.

“CMP’s reputation for quality and innovation aligns strongly with our own commitment to delivering best-in-class products and service, and we look forward to building a successful, long-term partnership together.”
