CSA Group Receives Greater Toronto’s Top Employers Award for 10th Consecutive Year

December 15, 2025

For the tenth consecutive year, CSA Group has been awarded as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2026 by Mediacorp Canada Inc. This milestone reflects CSA Group’s continued commitment to fostering a workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, professional growth, and community engagement.

CSA Group’s global headquarters, located in Toronto, offers employees a range of programs designed to enhance their experience at work and beyond. These include chef-prepared meals available daily for a subsidized flat rate, complimentary parking, and a comprehensive suite of health and wellness benefits.

CSA Group continues to evolve its offerings to meet the needs of its workforce. Recent enhancements include:

  • Expanded mental health supports, including a new Employee and Family Assistance Program, virtual meditation sessions, and increased coverage for mental health services.
  • Inclusive health benefits such as fertility services, gender affirmation support, and critical illness coverage.
  • Leadership and management development programs to support career growth.
  • Opportunities to participate in national and local community initiatives, including CSA Group’s annual United Way campaign.

“Being recognized once again as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers is a tremendous honour for CSA Group,” said David Weinstein, President and CEO, CSA Group. “This recognition reflects the culture our employees have built – one that values well-being, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Our presence in the GTA, across Canada and the globe, connects us to exceptional talent and innovation, and we remain deeply committed to providing a workplace where our people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to make a difference in the communities we serve.”

Grading of employers for the competition is based on eight criteria which have remained consistent since the project’s inception: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time-Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
