For the eighth consecutive year, CSA Group has been named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers. The annual competition recognizes employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-looking workplace policies and has become the benchmark in the Greater Toronto Area for workplace best-practices.

CSA Group is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and has over 2,000 full-time staff across two organizations: a non-profit standards development organization and a commercial testing, inspection and certification (TIC) business. Employees are united by a common mission focused on health, safety, and sustainability. Some of the reasons for selection in this year’s competition include CSA’s commitment to employee safety and mental well-being, offering a flexible workplace culture, and ongoing efforts to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

“CSA Group is thrilled to receive the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers award once more, standing proudly alongside esteemed organizations from across the region,” said David Weinstein, President and CEO, CSA Group. “Our GTA headquarters continues to be a hub for remarkable talent, drawing from a pool of highly educated and skilled individuals. This recognition reflects our ability to attract a passionate and dedicated team, offering meaningful careers in an organization that places utmost value on the safety, health and success of every member of our workforce.”

Grading of employers for the competition is based on eight criteria which have remained consistent since the project’s inception: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time-Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
