EB Horsman & Son Introduce New Cranbrook Branch Manager

EB Horsman & Son is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Organ as Branch Manager of their Cranbrook branch.
With more than two decades of experience at EB Horsman & Son, Jason has built a strong foundation in customer service, branch operations and the Cranbrook market. He joined the company 24 years ago as Customer Service Manager and has since become a trusted leader within the branch, supporting customers, working closely with suppliers and helping guide the Cranbrook team.
Before joining EB Horsman & Son, Jason worked in Warehouse and Inside Sales with Westburne, gaining hands-on experience in electrical distribution and a strong understanding of the day-to-day needs of customers. Combined with his 24 years at EB Horsman & Son, this experience has given Jason extensive industry knowledge and long-standing relationships throughout the region.
During his time as Customer Service Manager, Jason has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, teamwork and the success of the Cranbrook branch. His knowledge of the local market, their customers and their business positions him well to take the next step in his leadership journey.
In his new role as Branch Manager, Jason will oversee branch operations, support team development and drive continued growth in Cranbrook and the surrounding region. He will focus on strengthening customer relationships while ensuring the team continues to provide the dependable local service and technical support EBH customers rely on.
