EB Horsman Introduce Cory Carter as New Victoria Branch Manager

EB Horsman is pleased to announce the appointment of Cory Carter as Branch Manager of our Victoria location, effective November 10, 2025.

With over two decades of experience in the electrical, lighting, and retail industries, Cory brings a proven track record of leadership, sales growth, and customer relationship management. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, developing strong partnerships, and leading teams to success across a variety of markets.

Cory’s extensive background includes key roles with Guillevin, Bartle & Gibson, Illuminations Lighting, McLaren Lighting, and Sport Chek, where he developed expertise in commercial and industrial sales, account management, and operational excellence. Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Cory combines technical insight with a customer-first mindset, qualities that align perfectly with EB Horsman’s values and vision for continued growth.

As Branch Manager, Cory will oversee all aspects of EBH’s Victoria branch operations, including sales strategy, customer relations, and team development. His leadership will be instrumental in driving performance, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing our commitment to service excellence across Vancouver Island.
