EFC’s Business Sections Welcomes New Field Service Vice Chair

March 21, 2025

EFC is pleased to announce Matthew De Ciantis, M&D De Ciantis Enterprises Inc., as the new Vice Chair of the Field Service Business Section.

Matthew is a long-standing professional in the electrical industry who fulfilled many roles within his generational family electrical contracting company. Matthew’s experience and breadth of operational knowledge has grown over the past 11 years in his current role as the General Manager of M&D De Ciantis Enterprises Inc., parent company of JD Electric Services and RPG Electric. Along with his business partner and brother David, they have collectively grown the company over the past 10 years by increasing revenue through new and existing customers and purchasing a secondary company in 2022, which allowed the company to break into new markets and gain a wider customer base.

While Matthew manages the day-to-day operations of the company overseeing all areas of business, he is also active in attending industry related seminars and trade events to ensure the company remains aligned with industry standards, health and safety, best practices, market trends and union related matters.

Please join us in congratulating Matthew on this appointment and we look forward to his future insight and contributions as Vice Chair of EFC’s Field Service Business Section.
