Experience level by percentage for mechanical engineers shows that the majority of mechanical engineers are in the early phase of the career, which may bode well for the future of the industry with respect to employment trends.
Open and honest communications play an important role in any positive and respectful workplace. Quite often failure to pay attention to this important skill set sees misunderstandings arise between co-workers or employees and their managers, leading to tension, conflict and an overall reduction in morale and/or productivity.
The National Electrical Trade Council (NETCO) has started rolling out their virtual reality (VR) based training for beginner electrical apprentices at their International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Training Centres in Ontario.
