On November 7th, the YPN Quebec Region hosted its last 2024 event, the YPN Panel discussion.

The panel discussion was moderated by Marcos Simard of Wesco, President of the Quebec YPN Committee. Three leaders from the electrical industry, Gilles Motard, VP operation, Lumen, Corinne Galarneau, company VP, Agence Ricard, Stéphanie Santini, VP Marketing, Leviton generously shared their knowledge and experience in the industry and in life. They talked about their journey and the challenges they have faced, the issues and strategies they will face in the years ahead as part of organizational resilience.

Three

Members found this discussion very interesting and relevant to the challenges that industry will face in the coming years. The three panelists’ point of view complemented each other very well. Each answer to the questions only enriched the conversation with other panelists with more information on this topic, on a more technical side.

In addition, 10 $ of every registration will go to the new Quebec YPN scholarship for Equity and Diversity.

“Thanks to everyone who attended this 2024 panel discussion event. Thanks to our panelists and to our moderator for your implication and your time. And finally, a big thanks to the Quebec Region YPN sponsors, Ascot, IPEX, EGLO,  Leviton and Franklin Empire,” said EFC.
