In the midst of the pandemic crisis, safety & MRO specialist Vallen Canada moved its 6,000 square foot West Edmonton, Alberta branch to a new 20,000 square foot location, enabling the branch to triple its inventory. How did the company keep everyone safe during the transition? Vallen Canada simply relied on its own expertise.

“We had to really do a good gut check on whether this was the right decision to move the branch during the pandemic,” says Vallen Canada President Karen Chester. “The reality is the show must go on… our culture is such that we pull together in tough times and we need to get the job done. The final step in the process was to make sure we keep people safe.”

This short video explains how Vallen Canada achieved this.

A member of the Sonepar family, Vallen has 27 locations across Canada; www.vallen.ca
