Volunteers Needed to Review NECA’s Project Management Online Training

NECA is developing a series of online courses based the project manager’s role and responsibilities, and seeks member feedback to ensure that these courses provide the maximum benefit to participants and their businesses. Time required: no more than an hour.

Eight courses are currently in development:

• Job Cost Management and Projections
• Managing Cash on a Project
• Requests for Information
• Creating Change Orders
• Notifications
• The Schedule: Your Roadmap to Success
